Caravan, Boat & Jet Ski Storage Information

All of our vehicle storage facilities are open air. They highly secure and monitored by 24 hr CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security fencing!

Do I need insurance?

Yes, it is your responsibility and a requirement of storing with us that your caravan, boat or jet-ski is insured. Please contact us if you would like an insurance company recommendation.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 30 days’ minimum notice if you wish to terminate your storage agreement. This must be in writing via email.

Can I pay monthly or yearly?

We offer yearly or monthly pricing options. You can pay monthly or yearly for vehicle storage, with discounts applied for upfront yearly payments* at our Braeside, Mulgrave, Cranbourne West sites.

Who rents our storage units?

We rent our storage units to everyday people and business owners from all walks of life: cafe owners, online sellers, travellers, tradesmen, professionals, retired down-sizers or those in-between places to live.

Why store in shipping containers?

Used to transport all manner of goods throughout the world, we use shipping containers for their strong steel construction and ease of transport. Each steel box is just like a giant safe. Once the container is modified with the inclusion of a lock box it becomes even more secure.
